A practical session - what is mindfulness and help you deal with the stresses of daily life?

This session will help you understand what mindfulness is and how it can help you. It will be a practical session where you will experience some tools that you can take with you and use at any time you feel the need to shift to a more resourceful state.

About the presenter:

Ella Lawson is a Facilitator with BTS Spark, where she is motivated by the opportunity to shift people’s perspectives and the transformational effect this can have.

Ella is also currently training to be a mindfulness teacher. She has been meditating for around 7 years, and during lockdown this year found it so deeply helpful she felt compelled to help introduce others to its practices so that they might be supported in times of need.
