Within this session we will explore Barak Rosenshine's Principles of Instruction. This will be an opportunity to grapple with the research-based strategies that ‘all teachers should know’.

About this webinar:

In this session will provide an opportunity to reflect on the evidence base around teacher talk. Framed within the context of Barak Rosenshine’s principles of Direct Instruction we will consider how we can best use this to leverage pupil learning whether they are in the classroom or learning remotely.

About the presenter:

As Director of Teamworks TSA, Jessica is responsible for coordinating school to school support, recruitment, training and quality assurance of SLEs alongside the development and delivery of CPD for alliance staff and trainees. Jessica is also Deputy Director of Oldham Research School and leads CPD for teachers and leaders across a wide range of topics.
