Taking a break - Desk Yoga with Elena Fulton
About this webinar:
Mindful stretch breaks are extremely important for people whose jobs require them to sit at a desk or to stand in a classroom for long hours, which may result in back or neck pain, tight and sore legs, and shoulders stiffness for example. By taking a little desk break for a few minutes each day to do simple stretches to relieve tension, building a strong posture, and connecting mindfully with our breath, we can relieve stress, increase energy, and mental focus. Elena will take you through a simple and fun 30 minutes class to make you feel invigorated, happier, and more supple. You will need a chair as a prop.
