Instructional coaching offers the opportunity to offer truly personalised development for all teachers in your school. Learning about what teachers are working on in terms of their teaching can be hugely valuable in terms of whole school strategy and allocation of resources. In this session, you’ll explore different approaches to monitor instructional coaching to both maximise its success and learn more about how to support teachers in your school.
