What defines well-being, and how can we strategize for our personal self-care?

About this module

In this module, you will be given a range of different wellbeing factors to reflect on and create a personal wellbeing plan for yourself. This will consider different parts of your wellbeing such as physiological and emotional and provide practical ideas which can be put into place to support your wellbeing. This is so important because you need to support your own wellbeing in order to support others in your role at school and personal life.

This module is suitable for all members of staff.
