How to recognise and support staff who have experienced trauma.
About this module
This module will help school staff to recognise the physical signs and behaviours in staff who have experienced trauma. This will mean that leaders can then be more aware of the specific support needs or adjustments that these colleagues might need to have. It will then give practical steps that schools can take to support these members of staff to ensure that they are able to deliver their lessons and be included in a school community in the best way possible.
This module is suitable for school staff across all settings and key stages.
