About this module
This session looks at effective strategies that teachers can use to establish their expectations, asking them to consider key questions about their approach. In the session we will explore effective ways to communicate information about expectations, supporting children to contribute and share their ideas. This session also explores ways in which teachers can communicate both verbally and non verbally with their class, communicating a confident approach to the children. The session also examines ways in which we can reinforce and revisit expectations over time, so that they become habituated and built into classroom routines.
