About this module

The module is an introduction to how to support children who are experiencing big emotions in class. We will look at what emotional hijacks and how to notice triggers. The session will cover some support ideas such as getting pupils to talk and describe feelings and de-escalation strategies.

This module is suitable for associate staff across mainstream early years, primary and secondary phases.
